Everton have offered Nathan Broadhead a new deal.
The Blues are currently in talks with the 23-year-old over fresh terms, with his existing contract due to finish at the end of next month.
Broadhead signed a new two-year-deal in August 2019 but is now in line for an extension with early suggestions he is being offered the same length of deal this time.
The Everton Academy product made his Premier League debut in April, coming off the bench against Brighton and Hove Albion and was included in seven other matchday squads this term.
Broadhead has been in sparkling form for Everton’s under-23s this season, scoring 11 times in 18 Premier League 2 appearances and providing three assists.
Should Broadhead agree to a new deal, it remains unclear if he would become a permanent member of the first-team set-up or be sent out on loan next term.
The Bangor-born forward impressed during his season with Burton Albion during the 2019-20 campaign but Everton could look to send him into the Championship, if an agreement can be reached.
